Frequently Asked Questions

Are you the same restaurant that was beside Delta Theater, Quezon Avenue?

Yes! For more information, please go to OUR STORY.

Are you affiliated with any other restaurant?

We are not affiliated with any other business anywhere at this moment. Our brand currently exists only as Panciteria San Jacinto and nothing else.

We also had franchise branches which were managed by an outside group. They are no longer affiliated with the San Jacinto brand and has been that way since 2011.

For more information, please go to OUR STORY.

Do you have a restaurant that we can order from?

Unfortunately, we don’t.

For now. 😉

Where are you located?

  • Sct. Lozano, Laging Handa, QC (Residential)

  • Sidcor Sunday Market (Closed Indefinitely)

Exact instructions for pickup will be sent after order confirmation.

Do you deliver?

No, we do not deliver. All orders are for pickup only.

For delivery, you may book your preferred courier. We recommend delivery services with an insulated food box option such as Lalamove and Mr. Speedy.

Can you book the delivery service for us?

As much as we want to handle that, we can not book for you due to our limited time and capacity. This is also to minimize errors when putting in key details such as your delivery address and instructions.

Lalamove and Mr. Speedy accept scheduled bookings which you may do in advance.

What is the minimum order?

We do not require a minimum on all available dishes for Sunday orders.

Mon-Sat orders require a minimum of 2 kg per batch of Asado.

Why is there a minimum order for Asado on some days?

We always roast a fresh batch of Asado on the day of your pickup.

However, cooking our Asado the traditional way (charcoal roast) requires a significant amount of time, effort, and materials. Preparing for small batches of orders will be too costly for us.
